Who we are

What we collect

• Contact details you submit through enquiry, viewing or virtual office forms: name, company, email, phone and your message.
• Account information for tenants using the client dashboard: profile, billing address and booking history.
• Technical and usage data such as pages viewed and device type, collected only after you accept analytics cookies.

Why we use it

We use your data to respond to enquiries, arrange viewings, manage licence agreements, issue invoices, operate meeting room bookings and, where you have opted in, send occasional updates about availability. Our legal bases are contract performance, legitimate interest in replying to business enquiries, legal obligation for accounting records, and consent for marketing and analytics.

Sharing and storage

Data is stored on secure servers within the EU and shared only with processors that help us run the service, such as hosting, email and analytics providers. We never sell personal data. Enquiry records are kept for up to 24 months, and client and accounting records for the period required by Irish law.

Your rights

Under GDPR you may request access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing, and you may withdraw consent at any time. Email info@prosperitychambers.ie and we will respond within one month. You can also complain to the Irish Data Protection Commission.
